Etelu focuses on solving real world businesses problems with creative and cutting edge solutions. We work closely with our customers to customize our products for their unique environment. Etelu is a responsible corporate citizen and will donate a percentage of profits back into Health Care and Education.

Rosemarie Francis, CEO

Rosemarie is a 20 year industry veteran of integrated marketing, sales, business management and technical application. She started her career working very closely with Microsoft when the need to train and support Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers was first emerging and has since held a number of senior level positions working from VP of Sales with a Fortune 500 company to General Manager with a number of organizations developing her business and management skills. Throughout the years Rosemarie has had a strong interest in Health Care and has served on a number of boards including the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Hospital Foundation Board in an effort to give back to the community. She founded Etelu as way to take the technical expertise that she has developed and find solutions for the medical community.

Hans Glitsch Lead Technology Strategist

Hans Glitsch, Lead Technology Strategist

Hans brings many years of software development knowledge to Etelu. His past experiences involved key roles in architecting and implementing many interesting, unique, and technically challenging projects and patents. He possesses a keen interest in projects that tie to the physical world in some way — robotics, software defined radio, embedded controls, and projects related to science or medicine. A broad understanding of algorithm design, multi-tiered distributed systems, multi-threaded applications, UI design, signal processing, and scientific applications makes him an integral part of Etelu’s wayfinding technology.

Shannon Wilcox, Creative Director

Shannon Wilcox, Creative Director

Shannon integrates of experience in creating visual communication for graphic design, website development and app UX. He enjoys creating engaging designs and exploring technology and code, and is excited about partnering with other creatives and technology thinkers to create innovative and beneficial products. His background spans working with creative agencies to large enterprise clients. His passion includes partnering with other creatives and technology thinkers. Shannon has extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and media production plus coding with HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript.

Linda Boles, VP of Business Development

Linda Boles

During a seven year career at Cisco, Linda led their US Public Sector Healthcare Innovation and Business Development operations as Chief Strategist. She and her team were responsible for working as thought leaders to executives, clinicians, and business units amongst Federal, State and Local health care agencies to bring them technologies and new visions that improve patient safety, business processes, patient care and health care reform which align with the clinical and business processes.

Linda possesses over 20 years of industry experience in Laboratory Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Radiology, ICU, Labor and Delivery, and Psychiatry. This vast health-related experience is coupled with a solid background in Information Technology including enterprise-wide computing, software and services.  She has worked and consulted with Government health care organizations such as Department of Defense Military Health System, Health and Human Services, SSA, State Health Departments, Academic Medical Centers, County Hospitals, Correctional Healthcare and Veterans Hospitals. She is a member of and sits on Health Care Boards for American Osteopathic Association, NASCIO, American Telemedicine Association, ACO-CMS, HIMSS, Continua and Institute for E-Health Policy. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, as well as a graduate degree in Cytopathology from the University of Texas Health Science Center & MD Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Amy Esary, Etelu Advisor

Amy Esary

Amy has over 20 years of marketing, public relations and communications experience. In early 2014, she started Esary Marketing to provide full-service marketing, communications and public relations to bring brands to life both offline and online. Prior to her new venture, Amy served as Associate Director of Marketing at Moss Adams LLP for six years. While working at the accounting firm, she was responsible for oversight and leadership of the firm’s industry group marketing team and driving top line growth for the firm including identify, plan, and direct execution of high leverage strategies. She also assisted in leading, managing, and implementation of firm marketing and communication initiatives. Amy draws upon her high impact experience in the following areas: public relations and crisis management, external vendors and internal resources management, mergers and acquisitions, client satisfaction surveys, budget implementation, and small and large team training and development.
