Rosemarie Francis, CEO
Rosemarie is a 20 year industry veteran of integrated marketing, sales, business management and technical application. She started her career working very closely with Microsoft when the need to train and support Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers was first emerging and has since held a number of senior level positions working from VP of Sales with a Fortune 500 company to General Manager with a number of organizations developing her business and management skills. Throughout the years Rosemarie has had a strong interest in Health Care and has served on a number of boards including the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Hospital Foundation Board in an effort to give back to the community. She founded Etelu as way to take the technical expertise that she has developed and find solutions for the medical community.

Shannon Wilcox, Creative Director
Shannon brings over 16 years of experience in creating dynamic visual communication for graphic design, website development and app UX. He enjoys creating engaging designs and exploring technology and code. His experience spans from working with creative agencies to large enterprise clients. Shannon has extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Motion, and Final Cut plus coding with HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript.
